Makenna completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut where she also played NCAA Division 1 Field Hockey. She continued her studies in Canada at the University of Western Ontario where she achieved her Master’s in Physical Therapy.
Following Makenna’s personal experiences with physiotherapy services from a young age, she developed a passion for helping and motivating individuals and athletes get back to their active lifestyles. Makenna enjoys working collaboratively with a variety of clients by providing appropriate hands on treatment, exercise, and education related to their specific goals. Greg is from Newfoundland and Labrador and has a special interest in working with the athletic populations, in particular Soccer and CrossFit athletes. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Honours in 2017 at Memorial University. While at Memorial University, he played varsity soccer for the Memorial Sea-Hawks. Greg then went on to complete his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University in 2019.
For the past 4 years he had been working as a physiotherapist in Prince Edward Island. During his time there, he gained experience working with college soccer, volleyball and basketball teams. Greg attended multiple national soccer and volleyball competitions, including the Niagara 2022 Canada Summer Games. Greg also has coached soccer as an assistant coach for Holland College and as a head coach with PEI provincial teams.
Greg has continued education in concussion management, ACL injury management, and Sport First Responder. Recently, he obtained his Sports Certificate from Sports Physiotherapy Canada.

She graduated from Massage Therapy program in 2009 in Edmonton, Alberta and re-located to BC in 2018. Midori completed her Master’s in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto in 2015 and has been with Allan McGavin since 2015. She enjoys treating all areas of the body, with special interests in the lower body, neck and lumbar spine. She has keen interest in optimizing performance for triathletes, runners, cyclists, racket sport athletes, and soccer players of all ages. Midori combines her undergraduate degree knowledge in ergonomics and kinesiology (SFU) with her post-graduate education in manual therapy (FCAMPT), intramuscular dry needling, bike fitting and exercise prescription (DNS Level 1) to understand how your body moves. Midori grew up in the Fraser Valley, and played competitive soccer and badminton. In soccer, her team placed first twice at the B.C. youth soccer provincials, and second at Nationals. In badminton, she held a top ten position in U-19 women’s singles and mixed doubles in B.C. Midori now enjoys spending time with her family, doing triathlons, hiking, and spending time outdoors doing just about anything! She has completed the Whistler Fondo, 2 Olympic triathlons, 1 half Ironman and 1 full distance Ironman.
